1. VIDEOGRAPHER & VIDEO EDITOR
Location:
Nalya – Vron Organization Offices
Vron Interior Designs is looking for a creative and active full-time Videographer & Video Editor to help document our interior, kitchen, and engineering projects.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, videography, short-form video editing, and storytelling through visuals.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to capture project progress, behind-the-scenes moments, finished works, client experiences, and social media content.

Capture high-quality videos and photos of ongoing projects

Shoot before, during, and after project content
-
Edit short-form videos for social media platforms
-
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
-
Organize and manage raw and edited media files
-
Assist in documenting project progress and completed works
-
Post and schedule approved content on company platforms
-
Travel to project sites when required
-
Experience in videography and video editing
-
Familiarity with cameras and content creation tools

Ability to edit short videos for social media
-
Comfortable working on active project sites
-
Creative mindset and attention to detail
-
Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work full-time from our Nalya offices

Key Duties & Responsibilites:

Present, promote and sell Furniture products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
-
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
-
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
-
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
